About Brainwave Entrainment:
Several of our albums are embedded with Isochronic Tones, Binaural Beats or brainwave pulses using what is known as Brainwave Entrainment technology. Essentially, entrainment is a process of synchronising two different rhytmics so that they become harmonious. In this case, these two rythmics are your brain waves and the pulses that are embedded in this audio to help you achieve a specific state of mind.
Binaural Beats
Binaural beats are a type of brainwave entrainment that uses two separate sounds to form a third sound inside your brain. Headphones are required to listen to binaural beat tones.
Isochronic Tones
Binaural beats are produced because of the combination of two separate sounds while Isochronic tones do not depend on the interaction of tones to form a beat. Actually, a beat is formed due to the use of audio modulations. Contrary to the popular belief, Isochronic tones tend to be more effective in inducing entrainment than binaural beats. Headphones are unnecessary to listen to isochronic beats.
White Noise
Like white light, that is the combination a of all visible light frequencies, white noise is the sound that is produced when all sound frequencies are played at once. It is a pitch-less drone sound.
White noise as well as brown noise and pink noise has a variety of benefits and applications. It is helpful to cover unwanted noises. Because of its sound masking properties, white noise is ideal both as a concentration aid and a relaxation aid. It can be used to help those who suffer from deficit disorder or tinnitus (a disorder that produce a constant ringing ears sensation).
In an office setting, it may allow you to avoid hearing chatting coworkers and concetrate on your tasks. For infants, white noise is designed to block harsh and unfriendly noises. A sleeping baby can be easily awaken by a sudden sound. White noise avoid it because soothing sounds can prevent one hearing annoying sounds.
The white is not only helpful to humans, but also to other animals, such as dogs, which may have disorders because of separation or fear.
